How to Prepare

You will need to know your User ID and Password to access our new digital banking platform.

What if I forgot my User ID?

From the website homepage, view your User ID in the contact info at the top of your account homepage. If you don’t have access to log in from a website, use our Mobile app, tap Trouble Logging In? and select Forgot User ID.


Remember, One Nevada will never call or text to ask you for your Password or login credentials. Keep this information secure.

General FAQ

Q. What does digital banking mean?
A. Digital banking means online and mobile banking applications you use from your computer or through the One Nevada mobile app on a mobile, tablet, or watch device.

Q. Will my account number change?
A. No, your account number will remain the same.

Q. Will I be prompted for Device Registration when logging in from a desktop or mobile browser?
A. Yes, on your initial login and any subsequent logins from an unrecognized desktop or mobile browser (IP Address).

Q. When logging in from my mobile device, will I be prompted for Device Registration?
A. Yes, you will be prompted for Device Registration on your initial mobile login.

Q. Will I need to re-enroll Face ID on my Mobile App?
A. Yes, after your initial mobile app login, you must enroll for Face ID from the login page.


User ID / Password

Q. Will I need to know my current User ID and Password to access the new Digital Banking platform?
A. Yes, on your initial login, you will need to log in with your existing User ID and Password.

Q. Can I keep my same User ID?
A. Yes, you can keep the same User ID you use today to access your account in our new Digital Banking platform.

Q. What if I forgot my User ID?
A. Select User ID Recovery from the Login page, then use the Forgot User ID tab to retrieve it.

Q. Can I keep the same password?
A. As long as your existing password meets the requirements, you can enjoy using your current password. It must be at least eight characters and contain one lowercase letter and a minimum of one number.


SAC Codes (MFA)

Q. Will my initial login require two-factor authentication?
A. Yes, you will need to validate your identity with a Secure Access Code sent to the phone number on file. You will select either an SMS text message or a voice call.

Q. What is a Secure Access Code?
A. Secure Access Code is another tool used to perform two-factor authentication. We will never ask for this code, and you should never share it with anyone you don't want to access your One Nevada Digital Banking Account.


Disclosure

Q. Do I have to accept a new disclosure?
A. Yes, on your initial login, you will be required to accept the One Nevada Membership Agreement.


Bill Payer

Q. Where is Bill Pay located in the new platform?
A. You can access Bill Pay by selecting Money Movement and clicking on the Bill Pay tile.

Q. Will this affect my existing payees or bill payments?
A. Your payees will be available and scheduled reoccurring payments will process.

Q. Can payees be added via the mobile app?
A. Yes, with our new platform, you can add payees through the mobile app or web browser.


Ca$h Perks

Q. Will ca$h perks be available in the new platform?
A. We are excited to announce that Cash Perks will be replaced with our new awards program, Prizeout Offers. This program will offer more opportunities to Save and Get more value on your purchases. Prizeout Offers coming soon.

Q. Can I still use Ca$h Perks?
A. On June 19th, 2023, Ca$h Perks will be discontinued, but offers you have accepted or pending rewards will be honored.


One Checking Rewards

Q. Can I still claim my One Checking Rewards?
A. Starting in July, we will automatically post your rewards for the previous month. Manually claiming your rewards is no longer necessary.


Member to Member (Cross Account Transfers)

Q. Can I transfer to another One Nevada account?
A. Yes, with our new platform, you can initiate a one-time transfer to another One Nevada member. In the Money Movement menu; click the Member To Member tile and follow the prompts.

Q. What information will I need to setup a Member to Member transfer?
A. You will need the other member's account number, last name, share ID, account type, and zip code.

Q. Will my pre-established linked One Nevada Accounts be available?
A. YYes, your linked One Nevada accounts will be available and ready for transfers.


External Accounts

Q. Will my External Accounts (added from other Financial Institutions) be available in the new platform for deposits or withdrawals?
A. Yes, your validated External Accounts will be available and ready for transfers.

Q. Can I still transfer to and from my existing external account?
A. Yes, incoming and outgoing transfers will be available.


Card Controls

Q. Can I still manage my debit card using Card Controls?
A. If your debit card control settings is currently inactive, it will be converted to active. In the near future, we will offer an enhanced card management service that will provide card control features, digital issuance, plus much more.


Alerts

Q. Will my existing Debit Card Alerts continue to work?
A. Yes, you will continue to receive your debit card alerts.

Q. How do I manage or create new Debit Card Alerts?
A. In the near future, we will offer an enhanced card management service that will provide card alerts, card control features, digital issuance, plus much more.


Nicknames

Q. Why are my personalized account nicknames not showing?
A. While we couldn't keep the nicknames, you placed on your account share or loans, you can quickly nickname and group your accounts the way you want in our new Digital banking experience. Look for the "How To Nickname" an Account video.

Q. How do I add a Nickname to my account?
A. In our new platform, you can quickly add nicknames and group your accounts how you want. Watch our "How To Nickname an Account” video.


KeepTrack

Q. Will my KeepTrack linked accounts, budgets, and spending information be available in the new Digital banking platform?
A. Our new platform will require you to enroll in KeepTrack and link your accounts again. We have enhanced the linking process to make adding accounts effortless. There are also new options that will allow you more flexibility with the look and feel of your account.

Q. How do I link my other Financial Institutions for a full view of my finances?
A. KeepTrack allows you to link other Financial Institutions, review transaction history, create a Budget, and get a complete view of your overall Spending.


Visa Credit Card

Q. Can I still access my Visa Credit Card?
A. Yes. Click on your Visa Credit Card, and you will be prompted to enroll to access your card benefits. Plus, we added features like reporting a card Lost or Stolen. Check out our “Visa Credit Card first-time login” video.

Q. Will additional steps be required to access my Visa Credit Card?
A. Yes, there is a new enrollment process to access your card benefits. Check out our “Visa Credit Card first-time login” video.

Q. Will my Visa Credit Card Rewards still be available?
A. Yes, your Reward points will carry over automatically.

Q. How do I make my Visa Credit Card payment?
A. It’s easy; select the Loan Payment tile from Money Movement.
